I can't remember the answer to this one.
Cobol DB2 stored procedure is running that connects to MQ.
Who owns the HCONN, is it the Cobol program, the SPAS, or RRS.
We're occasionally seeing a 2002 (already connected) in the Cobol program even though it issues a MQDISC.
