WMB V8 put to queue loop

Hello all, We have z/OS V1.13, and MQ V7.1 with MQ Broker V8. I was wondering, Is it possible for a broker to get into a put queue loop? The flow works as designed, but I was wondering if there is anything that I could look at to ensure that the flow cannot get into a put loop. All responses appreciated.
