Hi, I have a fairly simple question that we can't get to the bottom of, but I think I know the answer.
We have a WebSphere Process Server application (v7) that wants to have MQ and DB2 in a two-phase commit scenario. We are getting away from having a locally installed MQ on our servers, so I want the WPS connection factory to connect to a remote MQ server using a channel. The option exists on the QCF panel to indicate that the connection may participate in a two-phase commit operation. In this case, WPS is the transaction manager and MQ is just a resource. I believe we can connect to a qmgr via a channel and have it work. I realize we will not be able to connect to multiple queue managers, just one. Since we COULD specify a CCDT for this connection, it implies we could participate in XA via a channel, as long as there is only one destination. Am I correct?
