I have found the answer to this question in the following links.

Extended transactional functionality is now a part of the core client

Extended transactional functionality is now incorporated into the WebSphere MQ core client. You do not need to purchase a separate extended transactional client license, or to install a separate Extended TransactionalClient component; see What is an extended transactional client?<http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/wmqv7/v7r5/topic/com.ibm.mq.pro.doc/q003510_.htm>.

Subject: com.ibm.mqetclient.jar missing in mq 7.5 client for windows

Hello All,
I did a fresh install of MQ client v7.5.0.0 for windows 7 platform on my laptop. The MQ ETC client jar file (com.ibm.mqetclient.jar) is not present in java/lib directory.
I can see the base client jar file(com.ibm.mq.jar) and other related jars in that directory.

I know that the ETC client comes as part of standard MQ Client package from v7.0 and up. Is it not true for Windows platform? Do I have to install any support pack for windows to get it?
Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sincerely,
Mir

Hi,

I think there is an option (i.e. ETC) that you need to select during
the MQ install process on Windows to get the ETC jar file. Otherwise
it is not installed.

Roger, what you said was true up until 7.1, but not for 7.5. The link Mir
found is the correct answer for 7.5 onwards. There is no ETC jar file
anymore as it is not needed; the main client jars contain everything you
need to perform transactional work.

Not to put too fine a point on it but that change was true with the
*announcement* of v7.5, not v7.5 itself. Anyone using the v7.0.1 or higher
client can download the new version of those clients that was packaged and
released in correlation with the announcement and they will be bound by the
new license terms. Those versions should also no longer have the ETC jar if
downloaded recently. The idea was that anyone who had previously paid for
an ETC component would need to download the new client and agree to the new
click-wrap license.

The affirmative act of downloading and clicking was what triggered the
entitlement under the new terms and released the obligation under the old
terms. That way an auditor would have some basis to say that a customer
with an ETC Jar and client version pre-dating the repackaging was entitled
under the old part number and obligated for a licenses whereas someone whose
client was at or above the re-packaged version had neither entitlement for
ETC Jar nor obligation to pay for it.

Per the announcement:

With the availability of WebSphere MQ V7.5 the capability previously
delivered within the Extended Transactional Client is incorporated into the
standard WebSphere MQ client. Customers using WebSphere MQ V7.0.1 and
WebSphere MQ V7.1 gain the benefit of use of the Extended Transactional
Client without charge from the date of this announcement. IBM is making
available refreshed code including updated License Information. Customers
can realize this benefit through the download and acceptance of this new
License Information.
